Light Gauge Building
This Light Gauge steel system makes use of steel strength to weight ratio. Therefore by using high tensile steel, we are able to achieve less thickness of steel for making it a structural member. A unique forming technique converts the steel into a more stable form of the structural element which is designed based on the following :
- Dead Load
- Live Load
- Seismic Load
- Wind Load
This entire structure is much lighter (almost 30-35 %) as compared to RCC building and is a highly earth quake resistant structure system. LGSF structure is CAD driven process and designed on dedicated software which provides complete output including drawings and Material BOQ. Most of the finishing materials used (external/internal) are factory finished hi-quality materials manufactured under controlled manner. Construction speed is much faster and it is easy to install without requiring heavy equipment such as cranes.

Stability – We use Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) which is ideal for high wind zone( 200 Kmph) as well as high seismic zone area (Zone V) as the dead load of entire structure system is much lower as compared to RCC.

Customized system – Complete LGSF system is designed as per the client requirements and comes with the design report proving the structural stability. This report can be verified by any competent authority.
